Marcus went back to school this last Monday...and Tuesday (kind of)...and today. It hasn't gone quite as he planned thus far, but he's been excited nonetheless.Monday night he attended his first physics lab. Tuesday he went to his chemistry lab. A few minutes before the chemistry lecture portion started he came down with quite the stomach bug. Needless to say, that was the end of his first day back to school. I think he was more crushed about missing classes than he was about being sick!

Today he's off to school to give this whole "first day of class" thing another try. Good luck Marcus! Hope you have some good old science-loving fun! The bummer for me is that I won't see him until 9:00 tonight...and he left just after 7:00 am. Boo hoo :(
