I Just Can't Live Without

I have tried, and tried, and tried again to use other diapers on my babies, BUT no matter what other brand I try they end up leaking! Why? Are Pampers truly superior (probably not because I know plenty of you other mother's who prefer other brands) or is there just something about my children and the way Pampers fit their little bodies?

I thought that Huggies didn't work well on Connor because his thighs were so teeny (and Huggies are cut round around the legs), but James' are a bit meatier and they still leak on him. I've recently tried using the different store brands to save some money, but Target SUPER-LEAKED on James and Wal-Mart worked ok in the daytime but could not hold-up throughout the night.

I'm sure this info is of absolutely no concern to you all, but I just wanted to say I really truly could not live without Pampers (not to mention I love their rewards programs)!

That is all.

Yay for Pampers! I got a bunch of Pampers at my showers. I also got a bunch of other brands too. I wonder how the others will hold up, but honestly I am so glad to have these Swaddlers, just in case. :)

This is so funny because I'm at my mom's right now and she has pampers diapers at her house, and I just changed Grants diaper and said 'I don't really like pampers very much. I LOVE the way they fit, but I feel like they always feel soggy'. Anyway, I think it's funny that I just made a comment about my opinion of pampers 2 seconds before I read your blog. They sure do fit well though.

Interesting. The Swaddlers were fabulous, but from the time Luke was about 3 months on I could only use Huggies. Everything else leaked and still does. I have also tried store brands to save money. I guess each child is different. Anneke was only Pampers, but Marcus could wear anything.

I can't do cheap brand diapers either. I have tried and tried but I feel as if I am using more of them because they just don't hold up as well as name brand.

Huggies worked excellent for Curtis. They didn't work for Alessia though. She uses pampers instead. I didn't know about the point thing though. Man I have been missing out. It will be interesting to see what baby #3 will use.

I actually use Pampers Swaddlers until they outgrow them, because I love how soft they are, but then it seems I always end up using Luvs in the long run. Right now they are both in size 3. I use Luvs, and very seldom if ever have leaks. I tried Huggies that someone gave me just recently, and couldn't wait until they were gone because we seriously had blow outs everyday! I truely think though that different diapers work better for differnt babies! How is the potty thing going for Conner by the way?

Isn't it funny how every kid is different? My kids never leaked through diapers, maybe girls are different. I swore by huggies only with Avery, but with the second you seem to be more practical money wise, don't you? Well we are anyways, and Luvs are cheaper and work great. Never have tried pampers though.

I myself love pampers (thanks to you! :)) They are by far my favorite but I wont get them if they arent on sale with a coupon. LOL. Did you know LUVS is made by the same company. They work pretty good for Ty also.

Keegan wore the cheap toys r us brand until he was about a yr and than had to user huggies. Kaitlin and Rylee had to have pampers.
I guess each child is so unique all the way down to diaper wearing.

i am with you on this one!! targets are the WORST! i am a total pampers snob!!! i recently have been trying huggies and they arent bad anymore (when jake was a newborn, they didnt work at all tho) i dont know if i will keep using huggies tho bc they are the same price as pampers, and they dont have the rewards program!
