My Real Age

Alright, it's no secret...I am an Oprah fan. Love her.

The first week of January she did a series of shows centered around living your best life. On one episode Dr. Oz and his partner talked about health and something called The Real Age Test.

Another non secret...I am a Biggest Loser fan. Love it.

Last season and this season each contestant took a real age test at the begining of the competition. Last season the participants were retested towards the end and had incredible results.

Point:

These shows have made me curious what my real age is. I figured that becuase I'm overwieght, do not exercise as regularly or as much as I should, do not eat a completely balanced diet, and have given birth to two children I would come in WELL over 25...

Guess what?

I didn't! After taking Dr. Oz's online Real Age Test I learned my estimated real age is

24.2!

Awesome.

If you want to take the test yourself click here. The questionnaire is a bit lengthy and for the most accurate results you'll need to know your true resting heart rate, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. You can still take the test if you do not know the numbers, but if you happen to have them anywhere I suggest pulling them out before starting. It's fun.

Way to go!! My Wii Fit age is like 32. How depressing is that?! I'm interested to see what Dr. Oz says my real age is.

That is pretty cool they have that online. Do you think it would be skewed if I put in the numbers as pregnant? It would be interesting to see where I come out at. Does it take into consideration how much weight I have gained in the past three months? Yikes. :)

I like this test. Dr. Oz thinks I am three years younger than I really am...and that was including all my prego weight. Wahoo!

Im not sure I dare risk it.
Although Wii fit knocked 30 years off for me.
Maybe will.

I did mine- I forgot to reply and tell you, I'm 24.1. I was kinda bummed, but it's only like a year off. that's okay, right?
