5 Fantastic Things About Dawn

My sister-in-law Dawn had a birthday a little bit ago and I want to celebrate her by telling you all 5 FANTASTIC things about her!

1: Dawn in one of the most friendly people I've ever known!

2: Dawn is one of the most accepting people I've ever known.

3: Dawn knows how to have a good time...she and her family are lots of fun to be around.

4: Dawn is a very good mother...she loves her babies, takes great care of them, and doesn't stress out over the little things.

5: Dawn is a great sister-in-law...and I am so glad she's mine!

Our History

May 2004- Marcus and I meet at EFY Counselor Training.
May thru August 2004- Marcus and I work on and off together at EFY. We become very good friends...but nothing more.
August 2004- A trip to Texas that was supposed to include other friends of ours ends up being just the two of us. I meet his family for the first time.
August thru December 2004- Marcus and I live in the same apartment complex along with several of our other EFY friends.
September 13, 2004- Marcus tells me we're going on our first date to "Seussical the Musical"...he didn't really ask, he just bought the tickets...it worked!
October 31, 2004- Marcus seems very nervous and I think he is going to throw-up or something...he kisses me for the first time instead.
November 22, 2004- Marcus proposes after I listen to a message that was left on his cell phone from Zales informing him his diamond engagement ring is ready for pick-up.
January 2005- I move into our California Avenue apartment.
January 29, 2005- I recieve my endowment in the Manti, Utah temple.
February 19, 2005- Marcus and I are married and sealed in the Manti, Utah temple.
August 2005- We find out we're expecting our first baby!
October 2005- We get our first pet, a Turkish Van cat named Bevo.
March 15, 2006, 4:20 pm- Connor is born! He is 4 lbs, 12 oz, and 16 in. long!
June 2007- Bevo adopts a kitten, Hemi.
December 2007- We find out we are expecting our second baby!
April 2008- Marcus and I graduate from UVU in Exercise Science and Behavioral Science.
July 25, 2008, 7:49 am- James is born! He is 7 lbs, 7 oz, 18.5 in. long!
August 15, 2008- We leave our California Avenue apartment and move to Texas.
November 14, 2008- We leave our first home in Texas and move to our second.
November 7, 2009- We leave our second home in Texas and move into our third.
