This update is a bit late, but I was able to put a happy ending to my stroller woes. I ended up losing the e-bay auction (because the bids were getting higher than I was willing to pay) and I resorted to some creative searching on the Internet.
Amazon had the stroller at a reasonable price with free shipping, but it was still quite a bit more than what I could have bought it for at Wal*Mart of with my Babies R Us coupon and the free shipping would mean the stroller would be delivered sometime while I was in the hospital...fine, but not ideal.
Then it hit me...look on points.com (a website where you can cash in frequent flyer miles and such for other merchandise, gift cards, etc.). Last time I cashed in miles I remembered seeing an amazon.com gift card. Well, I logged on and found out that I didn't have enough points for a decent gift card but I did have enough for a 25% off coupon on any one product sold on amazon.com. I traded in some miles, got the stroller for 25% off, and signed up for a trial membership on amazon prime and got free overnight shipping. My stroller arrived about 16 hours after I placed my order.
Connor LOVES the Joovy Caboose and has been sitting in it in our living room as much as possible these last few days and I couldn't be more happy about it.

Good job Anna! I have never heard of points.com, but I'm sure going to check it out! I am so glad you got the stroller you wanted! That's great!
